As a Career Development Coach with Educated Appointments, you will empower students to develop essential skills and confidence in the workplace. Your role will involve working on-site and off-site with the community, building connections with referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching sessions with effective learning strategies and technologies
  • Design and maintain teaching resources for an optimal learner experience
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Programme Delivery:

  • Coordinate employability skills programme delivery for a rolling caseload of students in sector-specific programmes
  • Provide recruitment and selection support to build strong employer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the community to develop employability skills and confidence

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
