Education and Development Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Education and Development Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our apprentices, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Job Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to a caseload of 40 apprentices. You will work closely with our training providers to develop and deliver tailored training programmes that meet the needs of our apprentices.
You will also provide mentorship and support to help apprentices overcome any challenges they may face, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all apprentices achieve their programme goals.
Requirements:- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (Essential).
- At least 2 years' experience in the Early Years sector (Essential).
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and skills (Essential).
- A full driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites (Essential).
- An assessor qualification (Desirable).
- An IQA qualification (Desirable).
- Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment (Desirable).
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
