Director of Educational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia and surrounding areas. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the National Quality Manager to elevate quality teaching and learning standards.
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires flexible travel. The successful candidate will have a recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and prior experience as a Quality Manager in the Education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, promote, and review quality interventions and strategies to ensure consistent implementation across our provision.
- Support and coach teaching staff to improve teaching practices, ensuring action plans for teaching and learning are achieved.
- Work with the Education Management team to monitor updates and support improvement with QIPs and OFSTED actions.
- Create and review pre-inspection guidance and tools for the Education Managers to secure the best possible inspection outcome.
- Analyse and interpret data to produce comprehensive reports, informing priority improvements.
