Director of Major Gifts

At the University of Cambridge, we are dedicated to advancing knowledge and education. As Director of Major Gifts, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to secure significant funding for brain and mind health initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive major gifts fundraising strategy, leveraging your expertise and networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level donors, identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage resources and expertise, driving growth and impact
About You:
- You have a proven track record in major gifts fundraising or equivalent experience
- You possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- You are passionate about making a difference in the world, with a deep understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary range £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, dependent on experience
