**Job Description:**

Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences is looking for an exceptional leader to head the Harvard Museums of Science and Culture. As Executive Director, you will oversee the museums' daily operations, exhibitions, educational programs, public events, marketing, and institutional advancement.

You will work closely with the HMSC Faculty Executive Board on planning, assessment, policies, and standards. A strong background in budget management, administrative leadership, and museum experience is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Progressive administrative leadership experience (at least 10 years)
  • Museum experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Higher education or collections-based organization experience

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered.
