Responsibilities and Requirements

This role involves coaching rowers at Trinity College, Cambridge, focusing on those who are new to the sport. The successful candidate will need to have experience in coaching at various levels, supporting teams to achieve success, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

A UK driving license with towing entitlement and first aid certificate are essential qualifications for this position. Experience with L2R programs and British Rowing Level 2 qualification would be highly desirable.

The role comes with a competitive salary of £15,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including private health and dental care, employee assistance program, and pension scheme.
