Assessment and Coaching Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled electrical installation assessor to join our team, working with apprentices across various stages of their qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, while also developing your own skills and knowledge.
About the JobAs an electrical installation assessor, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring apprentices, helping them achieve their goals. You will work closely with a team of professionals, providing expert advice and support to ensure the success of our apprentices.
Your RequirementsWe require someone with a strong background in electrical installation, holding the 18th edition and City and Guilds 2391 qualifications. You will also need excellent communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
About the SalaryThe salary for this role is £35,000 - £39,004 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including an amazing pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
