Construction Skills Coach

As a Construction Skills Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction, and assessment to learners to achieve their apprenticeship and/or qualification in a timely manner.
You will act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, creating positive relationships with employers to support the training and development of learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and providing training and support for students
- Conducting assessments
- Conducting reviews and completing records
- End Point Assessment preparation and training
- Administrative responsibilities
- Health and Safety responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating your knowledge and skills (CPD)
A driving licence and willingness to use your own car are essential for this role. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme with employer contribution of 28.68%.
