A well-established Further Education provider is looking for a dedicated Education Specialist to take on a part-time role as Trainer/Assessor. This position involves coaching and mentoring learners, ensuring they meet the required standards and providing feedback to support their growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Training Instructor to join our team. As a Part-Time Tutor/Assessor, you will work closely with learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, enabling them to succeed in their chosen careers.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build effective relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues. A keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are also essential.

The successful candidate will have experience in teaching, training, or assessment and hold relevant qualifications. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, enabling them to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) is offered for this part-time position. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, Bupa healthcare, free gym access, and course discounts.
