Career Guidance and Employability Expert

Estimated Salary:£35,000 per annum based on location and experience.

We are seeking a skilled Career Guidance and Employability Expert to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student success and a passion for helping young people reach their potential in both academic and employment settings.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will deliver high-quality employability and careers-focused training to students across two campuses.
  • They will develop engaging lesson plans and resources to enhance students' employability skills, including interview techniques, CV writing, networking, and workplace readiness.
  • The Career Guidance and Employability Expert will provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to diverse student needs and aspirations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 4 qualification in Careers Guidance, Employability, Education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience delivering employability, careers, or work readiness programs, preferably within a school or college setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across campuses and contribute to a supportive team environment.
