The ideal candidate will be required to develop and implement suitable risk controls for innovative scientific investigations, ensuring a safe working environment.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the site HSE Manager across the full spectrum of HS&E compliance delivery, including inductions, contractor management, and reporting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of health and safety principles, laws, and regulations is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile reports to support site safety groups and duty of care auditing of compliance driven services.
  2. Support the pre-qualification and due diligence for contractors working on site.
  3. Take an active role in HSE groups and campaigns, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  4. Contribute to the compilation and retention of waste transfer notes, packaging regulations compliance, and other relevant documentation.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled health and safety professional to make a real impact at Expert Employment.
