Job Title: Building Services Training and Assessment Specialist

About the Role:
As a Trainer/Assessor in our Construction team, you will support apprentices in their training journey. You will work closely with the delivery and assessment team to ensure timely completion of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group training and support for students.
- Conduct assessments in the workplace and at the college.
- Meet regularly with employers to discuss the progress of their apprentice.
- Prepare and coordinate the End Point Assessment.
- Regularly communicate with employers to build and maintain good relationships.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Building Services/Heating and Ventilation industry, preferably qualified to level 3.
- Assessing and IQA qualifications are desirable, but training will be available for suitable candidates.
- Previous experience of training, coaching or mentoring apprentices in the workplace.
- Knowledge of current Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment requirements is desirable, but training in this area will be provided to suitable candidates.
