We are excited to support a leading provider of Further Education and Apprenticeships in their region. As a Trainer Assessor in Building Services (Heating & Ventilation), you will play a crucial role in guiding learners toward successful completion of their apprenticeship or qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Learner Management:
  • Manage an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training and support at College and workplace venues.
  • Design training plans that incorporate Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) to prepare learners for the Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).
Training Delivery:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to build learner KSBs and ensure EPA readiness.
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to quality assurance processes, managing e-portfolios and assessment documentation.
  • Maintain an electronic diary of workplace visits, adhering to lone working policies.
  • Ensure off-the-job training is planned, tracked, and effectively monitored.
Health and Safety:
  • Promote best practices in health and safety for all training activities.
  • Engage in CPD and complete mandatory training as required.

Requirements: A Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area, a Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification, and experience in further education or training environments are essential.
