Job Description

This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a caseload of apprentices, coordinating and tracking their development throughout their apprenticeship programmes. You will monitor individual apprentice progress, provide feedback to employers, and ensure apprentices complete all learning activities leading to their successful completion of their programmes.

You will take overall responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction, and assessment. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and travel extensively.

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include generous holiday leave entitlement, pension scheme, free gym membership, and more.
