About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who wants to make a career change and become an Early Years Childcare Assessor.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, alongside Functional Skills to level 2.

You will work closely with learners to gather evidence and support them throughout their apprenticeships.

The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, be able to plan their time effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting remote and face-to-face observations to assess learner progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner progress.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to learners.
