We are recruiting a highly skilled Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs, working closely with children and young people with severe learning disabilities.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record resident behavior and provide feedback to relevant parties.
- Develop and implement person-centered plans to enhance resident outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks related to resident records and billing.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20 (plus £25 per night shift).
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid DBS check and fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
