Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Building Services Specialist to join our team. As a leading facilities maintenance company operating in the Building Services Industry, we offer great opportunities for progression and career growth.

In this role, you will work on a Mixed Commercial portfolio across Cambridge and Hertfordshire, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems. You will also respond to site engineering emergencies within agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance to all building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
  • Encourage a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key client contact.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong building services background and commercial gas qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas certificates and be able to carry out routine maintenance to high standards.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a van and fuel card package. We offer beneficial training courses/programs to help our employees grow and thrive within the company.
