Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Training Lead to lead our training programme in mental health clinical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programmes for mental health clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff on essential mental health clinical skills.
Requirements:
  • Possess post-registration experience in a healthcare setting, including both inpatient and community services.
  • Demonstrable experience in risk assessment and management.
  • Proficient in mental health clinical skills, including assessing and managing clinical risk.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
