Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to provide academic support and guidance
  • Provide one-to-one support to students of various ages and abilities
  • Participate in lesson planning and delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (desired)
  • Experience working with children or young adults (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Details:

We pay our Learning Support Assistants competitively, with an estimated salary range of £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including refer-a-friend incentives, equal pay to permanent employees, and dedicated consultant support.
