We are looking for a skilled Primary Learning Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with Autism in a Key Stage 1 classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor the child's behaviour and use appropriate interventions to manage sensory overload.
  • Communicate regularly with the child's parents or guardians to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Autism or special educational needs in a KS1 setting.
  • Strong understanding of Autism and related strategies to promote learning and inclusion.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
