Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team at IT Governance. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized HR administrator with strong project management and systems experience to move into a specialized Learning & Development position.

About the Role
  • Proactively organize and track the scheduling and delivery of learning activities across the Group nationally.
  • Built strong working relationships within client businesses and functions, regularly advising them of learning and development opportunities.
  • Expertly manage the learning management system (LMS) and play a proactive role in the new LMS system upgrade and implementation.
  • Prominently respond to L&D queries from a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Support and assist the L&TD Manager liaising with external providers to schedule learning and development courses, programs, events, and activities.
  • Undertake data creation, analysis, and reporting for a range of Group requirements, including risk, compliance, sustainability, and the annual report.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be a well-organized HR or L&D administrator/coordinator with the ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple projects and activities. You will have strong systems and Excel skills, demonstrating the ability to take the initiative, problem-solve, and seek solutions.
