The Learning Pathway Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners and guiding them through their training and qualification pathways. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join Newcastle Perms (296) and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position (37 hours/week) with a competitive salary of £25,613 - £27,359 per annum.
  • You will be based in various locations, including Cambridge and Huntingdon, with required travel within these areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to ensure timely completion of apprenticeships/qualifications.
  2. Conduct initial assessments to determine learner readiness and create tailored individual learning plans.
  3. Design and deliver effective training and coaching, covering key skills comprehensively, both at college and employer sites.
  4. Provide constructive feedback to support learner progression and maintain accurate records.
  5. Suitable candidates will have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification and commitment to continuous professional development.
