Learning Support Coordinator

Gretton School is an independent specialist school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, specifically high functioning autism. Located just outside Cambridge, the school works with 12 counties to provide a broad and individualised education for these unique and wonderful students.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Learning Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting the development of social, life and independence skills in young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with the teaching and support staff to develop and implement personalised education and care programmes for students.
- To assist in the delivery of lessons and activities that promote social, life and independence skills.
- To support students in developing their communication and interaction skills.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £21,002 (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
