People Development Specialist

Join us as a People Development Specialist at Clayton Hotel Cambridge, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective talent management strategies to drive business results.

Your primary focus will be on creating a positive work environment, building relationships with employees at all levels, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify development opportunities and provide coaching and mentoring to support employee growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Counseling employees to address performance and behavioral issues
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The estimated salary for this position is €40,000 - €55,000 per annum.
