Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead the people agenda, support & guide the leadership team and make Clayton Hotel Cambridge a great place to work.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. You will also play a key role in implementing company-wide policies and procedures.

This is a 4* Deluxe hotel located in the heart of Cambridge, just a 1-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk into the city center. The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
