Apprenticeship Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of compliance with the learner sign-up process, managing initial assessments and interviews, and maintaining accurate records for learners and employers.
Salary: £40,743 - £41,578 per annum.
About the Role:
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with College procedures and maintain accurate records for learners and employers.
- Learner Onboarding: Manage initial assessments and interviews, and ensure assessment of learners' starting points is used in planning and sequencing their learning.
- Training Planning: Develop detailed training plans for apprentices, ensuring they make excellent progress towards timely gateway and achievement of their EPA.
- Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with the Work Based Learning Manager and Head of Department in the development of new apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and programmes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Vocational Qualification: Level 3 relevant vocational qualification and relevant vocational CPD.
- Assessment and Quality Assurance: Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (or equivalent).
- Leadership and Management: Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assurance Qualification.
