We are looking for a Learning Quality Manager to join our team and take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes.

You will be responsible for leading the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement, providing overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, and analysing data to inform decision-making.

About the Job:

  1. Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
  2. Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
  3. Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
