Business Administrator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Administrator Trainee to join our team in London. As a Business Administrator Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Creation and posting of customer invoices using Sage 50 software
- Credit control activities, ensuring timely payments from customers
- Monitoring of business mailboxes for important communications
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries in a professional manner
- Issue of customer statements and supplier remittances on time
- Creation of supplier purchase orders to support project operations
The apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. You will spend at least 20% of your working hours learning new skills.
- Double entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Accounting standards and financial regulations
- Financial document processing and analysis
- Financial statement generation and presentation
- Effective communication of financial information to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or C)
- Able to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
