Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Administrator Trainee to join our team in London. As a Business Administrator Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and posting of customer invoices using Sage 50 software
  • Credit control activities, ensuring timely payments from customers
  • Monitoring of business mailboxes for important communications
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries in a professional manner
  • Issue of customer statements and supplier remittances on time
  • Creation of supplier purchase orders to support project operations
Training and Development:

The apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. You will spend at least 20% of your working hours learning new skills.

  • Double entry bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Financial document processing and analysis
  • Financial statement generation and presentation
  • Effective communication of financial information to stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or C)
  • Able to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
