Business Administration Apprenticeship

This role involves working with our team to provide administrative support, responding to inquiries and maintaining office systems. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business administration while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding promptly and professionally to incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Creating and organising necessary documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
  • Maintaining and updating client and Care & Support Worker office files consistently.
  • Collaborating closely with the Field Care Supervisor for effective workflow.
  • Maintaining compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all Care Quality Commission regulations.

You will be supported by experienced trainers and mentors who will help you achieve your full potential. Our commitment to delivering high-quality training and education is demonstrated by our Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and overall achievement rate of 71.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this role is £18,000, plus benefits including a comprehensive training package, mentorship, and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, recognised nationally and highly valued by employers.
