Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join the Aftersales team at Marshall Motor Group as a Warranty Administration Specialist.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing processes related to warranty work, ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly. You will work closely with our workshop and service advisor teams to achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
Requirements
  • Prior experience in administration, preferably with manufacturer warranties
  • Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (full training provided)
  • Process-driven and organized, able to manage workload effectively
