Role Overview
As a Warranty Executive at Marshall Motor Group, you will be part of the Aftersales team responsible for overseeing warranty work processes and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of warranty administration tasks
• Collaborate with workshop and service advisor teams to achieve department objectives
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements
• Previous administration experience, preferably in a manufacturer warranty environment
• Strong IT skills, with experience in Kerridge software (training provided)
• Process-driven and organized, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with customers
