Job Title: Warranty Process Coordinator

Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton

Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary: Basic Salary + OTE up to £35,400

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and pension scheme

The Role:

We are seeking a Warranty Process Coordinator to oversee processes related to warranty work at our Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van dealership in Southampton. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams to ensure the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to
