We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ann Pettengell. This role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy in data entry and strong IT skills.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Co-curricular Lead and Director of Operations, processing changes to membership, auditing attendance registers, and managing the enquiries inbox.

Responsibilities include administering the school's communication system with parents, publishing the online calendar, and updating reference information pages. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Senior Management Team in administering policies and procedures, maintaining the Staff Handbook, and updating the version control log.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also includes flexible hours, including occasional Saturday mornings and evenings, for approximately 34 weeks per year.
