Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Administrator to join our team in Cambridge. As an Apprentice Business Administration, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business administration while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to inquiries, and maintaining office systems. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure effective workflow and strict compliance with all Care Quality Commission regulations.

Key Duties:

  • Responding to incoming telephone inquiries and maintaining office systems
  • Creating and organising necessary documentation for Field Care Supervisors
  • Managing and updating client and Care & Support Worker office files consistently
  • Collaborating closely with the Field Care Supervisor for effective workflow
  • Maintaining compliance with all office systems and procedures

As an apprentice with Paragon Skills, you will be supported by experienced trainers and mentors who will help you achieve your full potential. Our Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and overall achievement rate of 71 demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality training and education.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £18,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive training package, mentorship, and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, recognised nationally and highly valued by employers.
