This apprenticeship combines administrative support tasks with educational development, providing valuable experience and a salary. You will collaborate with our team to handle administrative duties, answer inquiries, and maintain office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls and responding professionally.
- Organising and preparing essential documents for supervisors.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client and care worker records.
- Closely collaborating with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensuring all office procedures and regulations are met.
- Complying with Care Quality Commission standards.
Training and Support:
Experienced trainers and mentors will assist you in achieving your goals. Our strong focus on quality training is demonstrated by our Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and high achievement rate.
We are a well-established national Apprenticeship training provider, serving thousands of learners and numerous organisations across the UK.
Remuneration and Benefits:
The annual remuneration for this role is £18,000, along with benefits including a comprehensive training program, mentorship, and ongoing support during your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, you will acquire a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, widely respected by employers.
