We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our client, a renowned Cambridge organisation. This newly created role involves working closely with the Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Manage manual payroll calculations
  • Assist with international payroll administration
  • Maintain payroll systems, handbooks, and contracts
  • Administer employee benefit provisions
  • Provide support for payroll queries
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar Payroll Administrator role with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes
  2. CIPP Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll and benefit legislation
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, reflecting its importance in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
