Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

We are proud to support a leading provider of Further Education and Apprenticeships in the Cambridge area, recognised as 'Good' by Ofsted.
This exciting role involves leading internal quality assurance practices, supporting curriculum development, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the learner experience.
The successful candidate will oversee and implement quality assurance strategies, line manage Trainer Assessors, and coordinate external quality assurance visits and End Point Assessments.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and monitor comprehensive training plans, track learner progress, and build strong relationships with employers.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 vocational qualification, CPD in Construction or Motor Vehicle, and experience in training, assessing, and internal quality assurance within FE and apprenticeships.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,743 - £41,578 per annum, depending on experience.
