Job Description

We are looking for a skilled packaging solutions specialist to join our team as an internal customer service coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a strong background in customer service.

You will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

The salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent service by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Order Processing:
    • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Coordinate with the production team to schedule and track order progress.
    • Update customers on order status, estimated delivery dates, and any delays.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Generate and maintain customer profiles and order histories.
    • Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and order confirmations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing or printing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using customer service/product ordering software plus Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude who is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
