Job Title: Customer Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Coordinator, responsible for promoting our unique gift concepts in the East Midlands & East Anglia region of England.

This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of £32,000 per annum with a competitive bonus structure.

About the Job:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact, including face-to-face visits and communication.
  • Present and showcase unique gift concepts to new and existing customers in a well-organised and visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain product displays within designated regions.
  • Plan and coordinate customer visits within your designated region.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage customer information and handle order processing.
  • Represent the company at trade shows nationwide.
