Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Coordinator to join our team at Sja's West. This role will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and engagement within our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing regional development plans to increase first aid awareness and skills.
  • Working closely with local stakeholders and partners to build relationships and secure funding.
  • Leading local fundraising campaigns to support our charitable mission.
  • Developing and delivering community education programmes to build first aid skills and awareness.

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of developing and implementing successful regional development plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of first aid principles and practices.
