Position Overview

Sja's West is seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Community Engagement Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support District Managers in their roles, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the charity's objectives within the local community.
  2. Promote the charity's work through ambassadorial efforts, effectively communicating our mission and values to various stakeholders.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with local units, volunteer managers, regional staff, and other Presidents, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  4. Liaise between Sja's West and the Order of St John, facilitating cooperation and understanding between these entities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple responsibilities. A competitive salary of **£45,000 - £55,000** per annum, depending on experience, reflects the organization's commitment to attracting top talent.
