Job Overview

This role involves working with patients, families, and staff to provide exceptional care and support. You will assist with hospital events and activities, help guide patients to their appointments, and contribute to a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the Trust Values and how they relate to a volunteer role.
