This temporary HR Business Partner position offers a unique opportunity to work with a healthcare client in Cambridge. The role involves providing expert HR advice and support to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities and Duties- Workforce Productivity: Analyse workforce metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Workforce Change and Modernisation: Support the implementation of new ways of working and best practices to drive business transformation.
- Change Programme Management: Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of complex change programmes and HR initiatives.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is provided with all aspects of the HR Service and Delivery.
- HR Best Practice: Advocate for the use of best practices in HR management to drive business excellence.
- HR Caseload: Carry and manage an HR caseload, actively supporting managers on employee relations issues.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have senior-level HR experience, ideally with CIPD qualifications. They will have a proven track record of organisational change management and experience working in complex, unionised environments.
