HR Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the University of Cambridge.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. This role involves providing administrative support, updating HR systems, and completing HR paperwork as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Providing HR administrative support.
- Updating HR systems for recruitment, sickness, annual leave, probation, staff reviews, staff records etc.
- Completing HR paperwork as required.
- Acting as secretary for the Wellbeing, Inclusivity, Diversity and Equality Committee.
- Providing cover for the reception team when required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous HR administrative experience and be used to dealing with confidential information. A competent user of Microsoft Office is also essential.
