About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Support Assistant to join our friendly Professional Service team at the University of Cambridge’s Department of Medicine.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative experience to work in a dynamic environment, fostering good working relationships both internally and externally.
As Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to our Senior HR Coordinator and contribute to the smooth operation of our department.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills. Experience in a similar HR or academic administrative setting is highly desirable, along with the desire to learn and develop further skills in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior HR Coordinator
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
