Job Title: HR Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator Assistant to join our team at Arcus Global. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in human resources administration.

About the Role:

This part-time position (21 hours per week) involves providing key administrative support to the HR function, including recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality and work independently with effective problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process recruitment approval paperwork and obtain relevant sign-offs
  • Set up and create vacancies in the HRIS and Arcus website
  • Advertise vacancies on job boards and assist in screening/shortlisting applicants
  • Schedule interviews and prepare standard employment contracts for review
  • C coordinate new joiner start dates and inductions
