HR Administrator Role for Cambridge Based Organisation

We are seeking an experienced HR Data and Systems Administrator to join our team in Cambridge. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency, supporting the delivery of HR services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Update and maintain HR intranet pages, providing accurate information to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the HR Co-ordinator and HR Business Support Officer on internal communications, promoting employee engagement
- Support the maintenance of the HR System (iTrent), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor corporate learning and development inboxes, responding to queries from employees and external suppliers
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling general enquiries regarding training programs
- Administer training course bookings on iTrent, ensuring efficient logistics
- Provide technical support for e-learning password resets, resolving issues promptly
- Collect, collate, and track HR data and information, informing business decisions
- Maintain apprenticeship data files, guaranteeing compliance with regulations
- Enter data into HR systems, maintaining accurate records
- Compose written communications to council employees and external partners, fostering positive relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Able to collect and analyze data in Excel spreadsheets, identifying trends and insights
