Administrative Assistant

The University of Cambridge seeks a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join its Front of House team. This role is based at Greenwich House, which serves as the administrative hub for various university departments.
As a key member of the Front of House team, you will provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a professional experience at all times.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating bookings for meeting rooms, pool bikes, and visitor parking; replenishing stationery and beverage supplies; opening and distributing post; signing in/out visitors; sending out communications across the building; and assisting with the smooth operation of the reception desk.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous reception or customer-facing experience, be proficient in standard software packages, possess excellent organisational skills, and have strong communication and numeracy skills.
You must also be flexible to cover annual leave when required.
