Job Title: Administrative Assistant HR

AD WARRIOR is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Support the HR team with safeguarding compliance administration, ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the School's values and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant administration experience, preferably in a people-facing environment.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with a range of stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a range of duties and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to follow process and take a task through to accurate completion.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including experience using Excel and databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with confidence and discretion.
