This part-time role will involve supporting the Executive Assistant to the Master & Registrary in various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, drafting documents, and responding to inquiries.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the annual Research Fellowship Competition, collaborating with the HR department and Tutorial office on Fellowship and academic recruitment arrangements, and providing administrative support for College committees. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with organizing documentation for meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and circulating papers.
